50,000

What’s the difference between none and 50,000 (besides the spelling)? Well….I’m going to find out. Last year I didn’t complete one sit-up successfully. By Sunday, November 21, 2011, I will have completed 50,000 sit-ups. As part of my training, I think it’s extremely important to have really good core muscles. On the right sidebar of this website, I’ll be updating the total amount of sit-ups (including all forms of crunches) among other things to keep myself accountable.

They are quite boring. The only exciting part is adding them to the total.
